Tracy is the Founder and CEO of Lakes Area IV Wellness Clinic & Aesthetics. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Kaplan University in 2016 and is board certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Tracy brings a diverse clinical background with experience in emergency, urgent care, acute, and chronic disease management.

Since establishing her practice in 2022, Tracy has continued to expand her expertise in functional and integrative medicine, allowing her to take a comprehensive, root-cause approach to patient care. She is dedicated to helping individuals optimize their health, enhance longevity, and feel their best through personalized, evidence-informed treatment plans. With additional knowledge in exercise and fitness, she integrates lifestyle medicine into her care to support sustainable, long-term results.

Tracy is deeply passionate about empowering her patients to take control of their health—whether improving current conditions or maintaining optimal wellness. She is proud to serve the Brainerd Lakes community by providing innovative services, including IV vitamin infusions, with plans to continue expanding offerings to meet the evolving needs of her patients.

Outside of the clinic, Tracy enjoys spending quality time with her family, including her five children and her significant other. She is an avid fitness enthusiast who enjoys strength training in her home garage gym and is a strong advocate for daily movement. Tracy also enjoys encouraging and supporting others on their personal health and fitness journeys.

Hello, my name is Kalyn. She comes with 15 years of experience as an RN, BSN. Kalyn has dedicated her career to caring for patients across multiple specialties, including pediatrics and peds ICU, family medicine, dermatology, and hormonal therapy. Her passion for whole-person wellness led her to coaching patients through hormone balance and weight management via telehealth. Kalyn values building trusting, supportive relationships and helping each patient find a path toward feeling healthy, confident, and energized.

Outside of work, you’ll most likely find Kalyn chasing her two active boys between hockey rinks and baseball fields, coffee in hand.

Jenna has spent over 15 years working in the technology healthcare sector, collaborating with health plans, tech vendors, and NCQA to enhance healthcare quality through accreditation, HEDIS® measures, credentialing, and education. Driven by her passion for data, accountability, and patient outcomes, she strives to make a positive impact.

When she's not at the clinic, Jenna enjoys time with her family—including her husband, two children, dog, and two cats. Always active and ready for new challenges, she loves gardening, boating, swimming, and soaking up Minnesota's summer months.

I am a Licensed Lash Technician and Certified Teeth Whitening Technician, specializing in enhancing your natural beauty through customized lash services and professional teeth whitening treatments. My goal is to enhance your natural beauty so you walk away, feeling confident and radiant.

Outside of work, I'm a wife and mom of 3 who loves spending time with family and enjoying the outdoors. Whether it's biking, hiking camping or running between volleyball courts and softball fields, life is always on the move. When I'm not on the go, you'll find me cuddling one of our farm animals - from baby goats and chickens to our Scottish Highland cows. And if I disappear for a little while, I'm likely in my happy place - our home gym - staying strong, grounded and aging on my own terms.

Vanessa is a versatile and skilled professional who wears two hats with equal competence – an efficient office assistant and a certified laser technician. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision she is excited to be part of the Lakes Area IV Wellness team.

Hello, I'm Michelle. With 13 years of experience as a registered nurse and as a proud mother of four young children, my journey in healthcare has been both diverse and deeply fulfilling. I began my career in a Burn ICU Unit for both adults and pediatrics, followed by roles as a trauma nurse clinician, an end-of-life nurse, a nursing instructor at the collegiate level, and a triage nurse. My path has now led me to holistic and integrative medicine, a passion inspired by my mother, a board-certified and licensed nurse coach. I'm dedicated to helping others find true health and healing on a deep, rooted level.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find me chasing after my four young children, walking the dog, and soaking up the summer sunshine. I’m passionate about wellness, so I spend my free time drinking alkalized and hydrogen water and diving into holistic practices like coffee enemas, parasite cleanses, holistic nurse coaching, and homeoprophylaxis.

Angie has been working in the healthcare field for over 25 years. She has spent the last 14 years working in dialysis, starting as a dialysis technician while working towards her nursing degree. She has been a registered nurse for over six years with a primary focus in outpatient dialysis but has experience in inpatient dialysis care and care center/assisted living nursing. 

Angie is looking forward to helping you feel your best utilizing IV vitamin infusions in the comfort of your own personal space. 

When not working you can find Angie spending time with her husband, three girls and four dogs at their family camper or supporting her girls in the sports they play- from the rink to the field to the lake!
