**Once a patient reaches their goal weight, maintenance dosing options may be extended based on individual needs and clinical response. Maintenance plans are discussed personally with each patient and tailored to support long-term success. Gradual dose reduction (weaning) is strongly recommended rather than abrupt discontinuation to help maintain results and minimize unwanted effects. Ongoing, personalized care ensures dosing adjustments align with each patient’s health goals and overall wellness plan.
